Shield Host costs 2 DP and Silent Hunters costs 1 DP, which is exactly the 3 DP budget of a Strike Force game, and neither detachment carries a Unique Tag in the Faction Pack, the Munitorum Field Manual or Wahapedia. There is nothing to trip over, which is part of why we recommend it as a first list.

Do Shield Host's rules work on Sisters of Silence?

Remember the choice is made per unit, each time that unit is selected to fight, so you get to decide with the target in front of you.
