Faction Pack v1.2 does not reprint this detachment in full, but it amends by name in its Rules Updates section the entries noted on this page, and the remaining lists are read off a community rules mirror that already shows those amendments applied. Where a community mirror is used it is a version behind on its own stamps, recording Faction Pack v1.1 and Munitorum Field Manual v1.2 against the official v1.2 and v1.3, so the official document wins any disagreement. World Eaters were part of the 26 August 2026 faction pack reissue, so this is Faction Pack version 1.2 and was one day old when this page was written. Its Detachment Point cost, force disposition, Unique Tag and enhancement points are not in the Faction Pack; they come from the official Munitorum Field Manual v1.3, read on 27 August 2026. This detachment carries no Unique Tag. Only one World Eaters detachment does, Brazen Engines, and because no second detachment shares its tag nothing in this faction is blocked by tags at all, so Detachment Point arithmetic is the only thing that can stop a pairing. At 3 DP this fills a Strike Force budget on its own and cannot be combined with any other detachment, so no pairings are listed. Enhancement points are dataslate-volatile and are reprinted here only as a planning aid; the Warhammer 40,000 app is the authority.
Each time a WORLD EATERS unit from your army makes a Charge move, until the end of the turn add 1 to the Attacks characteristic and add 2 to the Strength characteristic of melee weapons equipped by models in that unit. It applies to every WORLD EATERS unit in the army with no keyword restriction and no cap, which is why this detachment costs the entire Strike Force budget.
REWRITTEN IN THIS PACK. Target one KHORNE BERZERKERS unit that can make a surge move as a result of those attacks. Instead of rolling a D6 for the surge, models move up to a flat 8 inches. The change from a D6 to a guaranteed 8 inches is what makes Blood Surge a plan rather than a hope.
The detachment's damage-spike stratagem for a unit that has already committed to combat.
The Blessings-adjacent stratagem that rewards finishing a unit off rather than merely damaging it.
A resource stratagem that converts your own losses into something useful, in keeping with a detachment that expects to trade bodies.

The core Battleline unit and the only unit Berzerker's Wrath works on. Their Blood Surge ability was rewritten in this pack to a surge move of up to D6+2 inches, and their Icon of Khorne wargear ability now banks a Bloodshed point each time the unit destroys an enemy unit, which adds an extra D6 to your next Blessings of Khorne roll.

Berzerker Warband costs 3 DP, which is the whole Strike Force budget, and its force disposition is Purge the Foe. It is the only World Eaters detachment at that price, and taking it means taking nothing else.
What you buy is the simplest rule in the faction applied to the widest possible target. Relentless Rage adds 1 to the Attacks characteristic and 2 to the Strength characteristic of melee weapons for any WORLD EATERS unit that makes a Charge move, until the end of the turn. No keyword restriction, no unit cap, no once-per-turn clause.

The rule is unconditional in a way almost nothing else in the game is. Every unit, every charge, every turn. A ten-strong Khorne Berzerker squad charging goes from a serious threat to a devastating one, and Angron charging with +2 Strength starts wounding things he previously could not.
But it is worth being clear about what 3 DP means, because it is a real cost rather than a formality. Taking Berzerker Warband means you get no second detachment: no Goretrack Onslaught to solve your movement problem, no Butchers of Khorne to break the Blessing cap, no Khorne Daemonkin to bring daemons. Everything this army does, it does with the army rule, this one detachment rule, and its six stratagems.
That trade is right when your list is already a broad mix of World Eaters units that all charge, because Relentless Rage pays out on every one of them. It is wrong when your list is concentrated in one unit type, because then a 1 DP or 2 DP detachment aimed at that unit type will usually give you more, and leave you budget for a second one.
Berzerker's Wrath was rewritten in Faction Pack v1.2, and the change matters. It now targets one KHORNE BERZERKERS unit that can make a surge move as a result of the enemy's attacks, and instead of rolling a D6 for that surge, models move up to a flat 8 inches.
Going from a D6 to a guaranteed 8 inches turns Blood Surge from a hope into a plan. Combined with the Khorne Berzerkers datasheet's own Blood Surge, itself amended in this pack to D6+2 inches, a Berzerker squad that gets shot can cover serious ground in your opponent's own shooting phase.
The rest of the six cover the expected ground: Frenzied Resilience at 2 CP is the durability answer that a list with no invulnerable saves needs; Apoplectic Frenzy and Hack and Slash are melee damage; Skulls for the Skull Throne! rewards finishing units off, which also feeds Bloodshed points if your unit carries an Icon of Khorne; and Blood Offering converts your own losses into something useful.
Four enhancements, and the top two are the most expensive and most useful in the faction.
Berzerker Glaive (35 pts) adds 1 to Attacks and 1 to Damage on the bearer's melee weapons, excluding Extra Attacks weapons. It is the priciest enhancement the World Eaters have and the most straightforwardly powerful.
Helm of Brazen Ire (30 pts) subtracts 1 from the Damage characteristic of each attack allocated to the bearer. This is the faction's best character-survivability tool, and in an army with almost no invulnerable saves it is often the more valuable of the two, because a dead character deals no damage at all.
Favoured of Khorne (20 pts) and Battle-lust (20 pts) are the mid-cost offensive and mobility options for a character leading the first wave.
Relentless Rage rewards breadth, so build wide rather than tall.
Khorne Berzerkers are the core, the only unit Berzerker's Wrath names, and an Icon of Khorne carrier that banks Bloodshed points for bigger Blessings rolls. Jakhals are cheap bodies that also carry Icons, so they feed the same economy while screening.
Exalted Eightbound gain the most per model from Relentless Rage, and their Rend and Tear ability was rewritten in this pack to improve the Damage characteristic by 1 against MONSTER and VEHICLE targets until the end of the phase.
Angron is a WORLD EATERS unit like any other as far as the detachment rule is concerned, so he charges with +1 Attack and +2 Strength on top of an already brutal profile.
No pairings are listed on this page because at 3 DP this detachment fills a Strike Force budget on its own.
On every WORLD EATERS unit from your army that makes a Charge move, with no keyword restriction and no cap. That includes vehicles and monsters as well as infantry, and it applies until the end of the turn, so a unit that charges keeps the bonus through the whole Fight phase.
Not at 2,000 points. It costs 3 DP, which is the entire Strike Force budget, so it fills your allowance on its own. That is the trade: the broadest detachment rule in the faction in exchange for having no second detachment at all.
The Berzerker's Wrath stratagem was rewritten in its Target and Effect sections. It now names a KHORNE BERZERKERS unit that can make a surge move as a result of the enemy's attacks, and replaces the D6 surge distance with a flat 8 inches. A guide written against the older pack would still tell you to roll.
Helm of Brazen Ire at 30 points more often than the Berzerker Glaive at 35, despite the Glaive being the bigger damage increase. World Eaters characters have very little in the way of invulnerable saves, and subtracting 1 from the Damage of every attack allocated to the bearer is what keeps the character alive long enough to use any offensive enhancement at all.
