Metal frame
Wash Leadbelcher with Nuln Oil and Agrax Earthshade. Drybrush Ironbreaker, edge Stormhost Silver. Brass details: Balthasar Gold, Agrax Earthshade, Liberator Gold edges. Keep cables darker than the armour plates.
Step
Red robes
Base Mephiston Red or Contrast Blood Angels Red. Shade Carroburg Crimson in folds. Layer Evil Sunz Scarlet on ridges. Optional Black Templar lining on deep recesses. Same red as your Skitarii so Cawl leads the forge world.
Step
Optics, plasma, and base
Lenses and plasma: white undercoat, Aethermatic Blue or Talassar Blue, White Scar core. Base: Martian Ironcrust drybrushed Administratum Grey. Add a few spare cog bits in Leadbelcher.
