Dynasty glow and staff
Glyphs and eyes: white undercoat, Talassar Blue or Warp Lightning, White Scar pinpoint. Staff lightning: same glow recipe along the tines.
Cloak and base
Cloak: Abaddon Black with Eshin Grey edges, or a dynasty colour Contrast. Base: Astrogranite drybrushed Administratum Grey.
