Flush the Quarry (1CP, Battle Tactic, start of your Movement phase). Target one Titanic Chaos Knights unit and up to three friendly War Dog units within 6 inches of it. Until the end of the phase, when those War Dogs make a Normal, Advance or Fall Back move they can move through models and terrain features, may move within but not end within Engagement Range, and automatically pass any Desperate Escape test. Three War Dog units moving through everything on the table for one Command Point is the largest single mobility effect in the faction.
Merciless Fusillade (1CP, Battle Tactic, start of your Shooting phase or start of the Fight phase). Target one Titanic Chaos Knights unit and up to two friendly War Dog units that have not shot or fought this phase. Select one enemy unit that is an eligible target for all of them. Until the end of the phase each of those units must select that enemy unit as the target for all of its attacks, and those attacks have [SUSTAINED HITS 1]. The lock-in is real. This is a focus-fire commitment, so spend it on something you intend to remove rather than as a general buff.
Feral Arrogance (1CP, Strategic Ploy, any phase, just after a mortal wound is allocated to a Chaos Knights unit). Until the end of the phase, models in that unit have Feel No Pain 5+ against mortal wounds. Note the trigger fires after the first mortal wound lands, so it protects the rest of the sequence rather than all of it.
Beasthide Manifestation (1CP, Battle Tactic, your opponent's Shooting phase or the Fight phase, just after an enemy unit has selected its targets). Target one Chaos Knights unit that was selected. Until the attacking unit has finished making its attacks, each time an attack targets your unit, worsen that attack's Armour Penetration by 1.
Contemptuous Volleys (1CP, Strategic Ploy, your Movement phase, just after a Chaos Knights unit Falls Back). Until the end of the turn that unit is eligible to shoot and to declare a charge in a turn in which it Fell Back. Broader than the Bastions of Tyranny equivalent, which returns shooting only, and it applies to any Chaos Knights unit rather than to one datasheet.
Goaded Beast (1CP, Strategic Ploy, your opponent's Shooting phase, just after an enemy unit has shot). Target one Chaos Knights unit that lost one or more wounds to those attacks; it can make a surge move of up to D6 inches. A free reposition paid for with damage you were taking anyway, and a way to close a charge distance during your opponent's turn.
