This detachment is not reprinted in full in the Leagues of Votann Faction Pack version 1.1, but the pack amends it by name in its Rules Updates section, which is what confirms it is current and legal; the fuller rules text here is cross-checked against a community rules mirror. The Leagues of Votann were NOT part of the 26 August 2026 reissue, so version 1.1 of 22 July 2026 is the current pack for this faction. The mirror is CURRENT on the pack stamp for this faction, recording the same v1.1 we read, and lags only on points, recording Munitorum Field Manual v1.2 against the official v1.3. That single lag is flagged here rather than hidden, and the official documents win any disagreement. Detachment Point cost, force disposition and enhancement points come from the official Munitorum Field Manual version 1.3, read on 28 August 2026. Enhancement points are dataslate-volatile. The Warhammer 40,000 app is the final word as points updates land.
CTHONIAN BESERKS units from your army have the Deep Strike ability, and CTHONIAN BESERKS units from your army gain the BATTLELINE keyword. Two clauses, one datasheet, and the second clause is an army construction effect rather than a combat one. This is the narrowest 2 Detachment Point detachment in the faction: if you do not own Cthonian Beserks, the rule does nothing at all, and if you own several it changes both how they arrive and how many of them your list can hold.

First-party amended text. The pack's Rules Updates section rewrites this enhancement's last sentence to read: return one destroyed model, excluding CHARACTER models, to the selected unit, and then for every 2 Yield Points you just spent return up to one additional destroyed model, excluding CHARACTER models. The enhancement fires in the Reinforcements step of your Movement phase and targets a friendly CTHONIAN BESERKS unit visible to the bearer. This is the faction's only model-return effect, and the rewritten sentence is the part that sets its exchange rate. Spelling note: the mirror renders the name Dêlvwerke Navigator, while the pack and the Munitorum Field Manual both read Dêlvewerke.

While the bearer is within 3 inches of one or more friendly LEAGUES OF VOTANN ARTILLERY units, the bearer has Lone Operative, and each time one of those Artillery units makes a ranged attack against an enemy unit visible to the bearer, add 1 to the Hit roll. An odd fit on a deep striking melee detachment, and the clearest sign that this card is broader than its detachment rule.
Mirror-sourced. Leagues of Votann model only. Each time the bearer's unit is selected to fight, spend up to 2 Yield Points and add the number spent to the Damage characteristic of the bearer's melee weapons until the end of the phase.

Reserves rules key off the battle round number, so this is how a Beserks unit arrives a turn earlier than it should.
The only datasheet the detachment rule names, in both of its clauses, and the only unit the Dêlvewerke Navigator enhancement can return models to. Naming note: both official documents and the mirror spell the datasheet CTHONIAN BESERKS, while our catalog entry reads Cthonian Berserks. It is the same kit and the link is correct; we record the spelling difference rather than quietly matching one to the other.

Dêlve Assault Shift is a 2 Detachment Point detachment whose rule names one datasheet and does two things to it. If you do not own Cthonian Beserks, the rule does nothing at all. If you own several, it changes both how they arrive and how many of them your list can hold.
This detachment is not printed in full in the Faction Pack. What the pack does is rewrite the last sentence of one of its enhancements in Rules Updates, which is what confirms it is current and legal, and that sentence sets an exchange rate that matters. The rest of the card is cross-checked against a community rules mirror, which is current on the pack stamp for this faction and lags only on points.

The Deep Strike clause is the obvious half. Cthonian Beserks are a melee unit with no native delivery, and Deep Strike solves that. It also means they arrive when you choose rather than walking across a board that is shooting at them.
The Battleline clause is the half that changes list-building. Battleline units are subject to different limits on how many copies of a datasheet an army can include, so making Beserks Battleline is what lets a list run several units of them rather than the usual small number. That is a real army construction effect, and it is worth saying plainly that it does not touch your Detachment Point budget; it changes what your points can buy, not what your Detachment Points can.
How narrow is narrow. This is a 2 Detachment Point spend on one datasheet's arrival and slot. Compare Hearthguard Covenant at 1 DP, which also centres on one unit type but throws in three stratagems that target it directly. Judge this detachment on whether you want an army built out of Beserks rather than on whether you own some.
Dêlvewerke Navigator (25 points) is the card's headline and the reason this page is not in the weakest evidence tier.
The enhancement fires in the Reinforcements step of your Movement phase and targets a friendly CTHONIAN BESERKS unit visible to the bearer. The pack's Rules Updates section rewrites its last sentence in full, which is first-party:
Return one destroyed model, excluding CHARACTER models, to that unit, and then, for every 2 Yield Points you just spent, return up to one additional destroyed model, excluding CHARACTER models, to that unit.
That sentence sets the exchange rate for the only model-return effect in the entire faction: one free, then one more per 2 Yield Points. Given that the army rule's stance flips at 7 Yield Points, spending 4 or 6 Yield Points to bring back two or three Beserks is a decision that also decides whether your army is in its aggressive or defensive stance next turn. This card and the army rule are competing for the same pool.
A spelling note. The pack and the Munitorum Field Manual both read Dêlvewerke Navigator. The mirror renders it Dêlvwerke Navigator. We use the two-to-one spelling.
The other three enhancements are mirror-sourced. Quake Supervisor (20 points) gives the bearer Lone Operative while within 3 inches of friendly Leagues of Votann ARTILLERY units and adds 1 to those units' Hit rolls against targets visible to the bearer. Piledriver (15 points) lets the bearer spend up to 2 Yield Points to add that many to the Damage characteristic of its melee weapons for a phase. Multiwave System Jammer (10 points) treats the battle round number as one higher than it is for a Cthonian unit in Reserves, once per battle, which is how a Beserks unit arrives a turn early.
Quake Supervisor is worth pausing on, because it is an artillery buff on a deep striking melee card. Nothing in the detachment rule points at Artillery. That is the clearest sign that this card's enhancement list is broader than its rule, and it is a reason to bring Cthonian Earthshakers even though the detachment rule never mentions them.
Enhancement points are dataslate-volatile and none of the four carries a change marker in this pass.
The mirror lists six stratagems under this detachment: Augmented Assault, Cyberstimm Infusion, Hidden Accessways, Tectonic Fracture, Unstoppable Force and Weavewërke Buttress, all Strategic Ploy or Battle Tactic and all 1 Command Point.

What we can tell you is the shape: six stratagems and four enhancements is the standard spread for a 2 Detachment Point detachment in this faction, matching all six of the others, while the three 1 Detachment Point detachments each carry three and two. That correspondence holds across every Votann card and it is a useful sanity check when you are reading a list somebody else wrote.

This detachment gives Beserks Deep Strike; Hearthguard Covenant's Materialisation Matrices sets an Einhyr Hearthguard unit down more than 6 inches from the enemy, including inside your opponent's deployment zone. Two waves on the same turn is a real plan. Hearthguard Covenant carries a Unique Tag and this detachment carries none, so nothing is blocked.
What to buy. Cthonian Beserks is the only kit this detachment rule touches, and you want more than one unit of them or the Battleline clause is wasted. One naming caution: the datasheet is spelled Cthonian Beserks in both official documents and in the mirror, while our catalog entry reads Cthonian Berserks. Same kit.
Berehk Stornbröw is the pack's own new datasheet, printed in full on page 9, and his Leader section attaches him to Cthonian Beserks only. He gives the unit's melee weapons [SUSTAINED HITS 1] and can be targeted with Heroic Intervention for 1 Command Point less without blocking other uses of that stratagem. If you are running this detachment, he is the most on-theme character in the faction.
No. Battleline is an army construction keyword that affects how many copies of a datasheet your list can include under the common rules. Your Detachment Point budget is unchanged: roughly 2 DP at Incursion and 3 at Strike Force, with this detachment costing 2 of it. What changes is what your points can buy, not what your Detachment Points can.
The rule is narrow but the card is not: six stratagems and four enhancements is the standard 2 Detachment Point spread in this faction, and one of those enhancements is the faction's only model-return effect. Whether it is worth 2 DP to you depends on whether Cthonian Beserks are the core of your army or a side dish.
