The formation ability is Fixated on Feeding, used once per turn in the enemy charge phase. Pick a friendly Ogor Infantry unit that is not in combat and roll a dice. On a 3 or higher it moves that many inches, can pass through enemy combat ranges, and counts as having charged if it ends the move in combat.
Counting as having charged is the part that matters: it unlocks the army's Bull Charge trait and any charge-conditional weapon abilities on the unit, in your opponent's turn.
You move a number of inches equal to the roll, so a successful 3 moves you three inches. That is often not far enough to reach anything. This is a short-range interception tool for a unit already sitting a hand's width from the action, not a way to reach across the table.
It is also Ogor Infantry only, so your monsters and cavalry cannot use it.
Players who like reactive play and who keep an infantry block loitering next to the objective they expect to be charged on. It punishes an opponent who charges past your screen, and it does very little if you have no infantry near the fight.
Pick Mawpath Menaces if you are running a genuinely infantry-forward Ogor list and you are confident about its legality in your event. If you want the same interception effect with first-party confirmation behind it, Hunger-filled Tribe gives you out-of-combat movement on your own turn instead.
